Below are detailed, photo instructions on where to park and how to get to our studio.

Parking Garage Instructions:

509 San Marcos Street, Austin, TX 78702

Enter the garage on San Marcos Street between 5th and 6th Street.

The garage entrance will have a sign that reads:

“Corazon Validated Parking for Leasing Office”

Once inside the garage, drive towards validated guest parking for 501 Studios and park in a spot with a Red Sign (pictured below).

***Bring your parking ticket with you to the appointment so we can validate.***

Upon exiting the garage, call/text (512) 354-7677 to let us know you’ve arrived and head towards:

513 Brushy Street, Austin, TX 78702

Here are detailed walking directions: walk to 5th St and head toward I-35. Stay on the right side of 5th Street (Target & Whole Foods will be across the street).

At the intersection of 5th & Brushy St, (Whole Foods will be across the street) turn right onto Brushy St.

We will meet you at the entrance of the grey building w/the black corner on Brushy St.
